Enjoy the experience of cooking famous Thai cuisine recipes with
coaching from our professional chefs. When back home, you can
then use the expertise gained to prepare a genuine Thai meal to
introduce your family and friends to the wonders of Thai cuisine.
WE OFFER TWO DIFFERENT TYPES OF COOKING CLASSES, ONE FOR BEGINNERS
AND THE OTHER FOR THOSE WITH MORE ADVANCED COOKING SKillS.
THAI FOOD FOR BEGINNERS
- "Thai Food for Beginners" cooking classes are offered
on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday
and Saturday, from 14:00 to 17:00 hours
- Price: Baht 1,600.00 per person.
This is a "hands-on" cooking
class designed to teach you some of Thai's favourite dishes. A set
menu comprising an appetizer, soup, main course and dessert applies
according to the day you select (see Menu Annexe) The class starts
with an introduction to the menu, a tour to the herb garden followed
by the "hands - on" cooking session with coaching by one
of our professional chefs, you will prepare dishes from the day
you select. The cooking class finishes with a joint meal and question
and answer session.
When completing the closs you will
receive a certificate and the Holiday Inn's Cooking Closs recipe
compilation which includes many different wonderful Thai cuisine
recipes covering appetizers, soups, main courses and desserts as
well as a selection of refreshing tropical cocktails. In additional
you will receive a Holiday Inn's Cooking Class apron and herb kit.
THE MASTER CLASS
- "The Master Class" cooking classes are offered
only once a week on Thursdays,
from 11:00 to 15:00 hours.
- Price: Baht 2,500.00 per person.
This is another "hands-on"
cooking class designed for those who already posses basic Thai food
cooking skills. It is conducted by either our Executive Chef or
Sous Chef, both of whom are experts in Thai cuisine. A set menu
applies each week (See Menu Annexe). The class will start with a
visit ta the local market for some product knowledge, product shopping
and tips from the experts on what to buy followed by the "hands-on"
cooking session. During this you can interact with our experts who
will show you tricks of succeeding with cooking Thai food. It is
all about sharing knowledge, giving tips, answering your questions
in order for you to gain maximum knowledge from our expert chefs.
When completing the class you will
receive a certificate, the Holiday Inn's Cooking Class recipe compilation
complete with bonus recipes as well as a Holiday Inn's Cooking Closs
apron and herb kit.

- A minimum of 2 people and a maximum of 8 people are required
for every cooking class.
- A 50% cancellation charge will apply for cancellations less
than one day prior to the cooking class.
